Intructions to Students
- School Timings: The school operates from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please ensure that your child arrives at school on time to make the most of their learning day.
- Holidays: All Saturdays and Sundays are observed as holidays. We hope these breaks provide a refreshing time for students and families to relax and rejuvenate.
- Security Measures: For the safety of our students and staff, our security guard has been authorized to prevent any unknown person from entering the building. If stopped for identification/verification during any event, we kindly request your cooperation and understanding to help him perform his duty effectively.
- School Uniform: Children are required to be neatly dressed in the school uniform on all working days. Girls with hair below the shoulders should plait their hair, while those with short hair should ensure it is neatly cut and pinned with plain black hair clips only. Boys are requested to have a regular haircut and maintain a neat and proper appearance. Personal hygiene, including trimming of nails and wearing clean undergarments, is essential.
- Jewelry Policy: Girls may wear only a pair of small ear-rings or studs and no other jewelry like chains, rings, bangles, bracelets, or anklets.
- Half Day Leave Policy: Half-day leave is not granted under regular circumstances. In case of emergencies, parents may take their child home only after obtaining written permission from the school.
- Telephonic Interaction: Telephonic interaction with teachers during school hours is strictly not allowed. If you have any queries or concerns, parents may meet teachers between 2.30 pm and 3.00 pm.
- General Queries: For any general queries about the school, parents may approach the school office personally.
- Update Contact Information: Parents are requested to inform the school promptly if there is any change in their address or telephone number. Keeping us updated helps us maintain effective communication.
- Birthday Celebrations: We kindly request parents not to send any gifts to celebrate their child’s birthday at school. However, you may choose to donate a book to the school library in honor of your child’s birthday.
- Bus Facilities: Parents availing bus facilities are requested to be at the pick-up point at least 5 minutes before the arrival of the school bus. An adult/authorized person must be present to receive the child at the drop-off point. In case of any delay, the child will be brought back to the school, and the responsibility of collecting them will then rest with the parents.
- Child’s Health: If your child is unwell, please refrain from sending them to school until they have fully recovered. The well-being of our students is of utmost importance.
- Leave Notes to Teacher: Please use the leave record in this book to provide leave notes to the teacher.
- Yearly Shuffling of Divisions: Every year, the children will be shuffled among divisions to promote socialization and enable them to interact with all children.
