Intructions to Parents

  • Label Belongings: Please ensure that all your child’s belongings, including school bags, water bottles, lunch boxes, and clothing, are clearly labeled with their name. This helps in easy identification and avoids misplacement.

 

  • Wear ID Cards: For security purposes, it is mandatory for all students to wear their ID cards daily while on school premises. This helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.

 

  • Prior Appointment: If you need to interact with any of our staff members, kindly schedule a prior appointment to ensure that we can provide you with undivided attention and time.

 

  • Extra Clothes (Nursery Class): Parents of nursery class students are requested to provide extra clothes, freshly changed and labeled, to be deposited with the respective class teacher. This ensures your child’s comfort throughout the day.

 

  • Term Fees Payment: The academic year is divided into two terms – June to November (first term) and December to May (second term). The fees for the entire term should be paid in advance through DD/ NEFT by June and December, respectively.

 

  • Bus Fees: Bus fees will be charged annually from June to May. The Demand Draft (DD) should be made in favor of “The Centre-Head, KLE Sanskruti.”

 

  • Bus Service Discontinuation: In case you wish to discontinue bus services, kindly provide one month’s notice in advance. Please note that no refunds will be given for the current term.

 

  • Office Timings: Our school office operates from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturdays. There is a lunch break from 2.00 pm to 2.30 pm. Please be aware that all second Saturdays are observed as holidays.

 

  • Drop-off and Pick-up Time: We kindly request parents to drop off their children at 9.00 am and pick them up at 1.00 pm respectively. Punctuality ensures a smooth functioning of the school day.
