This helps in easy identification and avoids misplacement.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Wear ID Cards:<\/strong><\/span> For security purposes, it is mandatory for all students to wear their ID cards daily while on school premises. This helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Prior Appointment:<\/strong> <\/span>If you need to interact with any of our staff members, kindly schedule a prior appointment to ensure that we can provide you with undivided attention and time.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Extra Clothes (Nursery Class):<\/strong><\/span> Parents of nursery class students are requested to provide extra clothes, freshly changed and labeled, to be deposited with the respective class teacher. This ensures your child&#8217;s comfort throughout the day.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Term Fees Payment:<\/strong><\/span> The academic year is divided into two terms &#8211; June to November (first term) and December to May (second term). The fees for the entire term should be paid in advance through DD\/ NEFT by June and December, respectively.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Bus Fees:<\/strong><\/span> Bus fees will be charged annually from June to May. The Demand Draft (DD) should be made in favor of <strong>&#8220;The Centre-Head, KLE Sanskruti.&#8221;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Bus Service Discontinuation:<\/strong><\/span> In case you wish to discontinue bus services, kindly provide one month&#8217;s notice in advance. Please note that no refunds will be given for the current term.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Office Timings<\/strong>:<\/span> Our school office operates from <strong>9.00 am to 4.00 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturdays.<\/strong> There is a lunch break from 2.00 pm to 2.30 pm. Please be aware that <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>all second Saturdays are observed as holidays.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Drop-off and Pick-up Time<\/strong>: We kindly request parents to drop off their children at 9.00 am and pick them up at 1.00 pm respectively.
